Any revisions or amendments or cancellations must be made at least 2 calendar days before the collection or delivery date. After which, the order will be viewed as final and confirmed; and cancellations or refunds will be not be allowed. If you require your order urgently, you are encouraged to make your purchase at our outlet at Nouvelle Events & Catering, 28 Tai Seng Street Sakae Building #01-01 Singapore 534106. Please note that our menu and prices are subject to change without notice, depending on stock availability. Upon receiving your order, our customer service officer will contact you via email/phone to confirm stock availability within (1) working day. Please contact us at our sales office at +65 6287 8768 if you do not hear from us. If you have any special delivery instructions, please kindly highlight them in the “Special Instructions” comments section during the placement of your order. There will be NO delivery on weekends and Public Holidays.
 
  • Cancellation or Revision of Order
If you have made a mistake on your order, please kindly contact us immediately via email at shoppe@sakaeholdings.com with your Order ID (E.g. #1001) or call our customer hotline at +65 6287 8768 (office hours between 10am – 5pm). Kindly provide us with your name and contact number and allow us at least one working day to get back to you. Any revisions or amendments or cancellations must be made at least 2 calendar days before the collection or delivery date.
 
Payment
 
Full payment has to be made via our Paypal Express using your debit card or credit card that supports Visa or Mastercard. There is no need to have a Paypal account prior to purchasing your products with us as your card details may be keyed in manually at the Paypal site to proceed with the final checkout process.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
 
Orders amounting to a minimum of $100 enjoy a free delivery. There will be a delivery surcharge of $20 that will apply for orders that are below $100 (inclusive of GST).
 
We deliver across the island except for offshore islands and Sentosa.
 
Upon delivery, please kindly check your delivery items. The products shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Buyer upon the products reaching the designated Place of Delivery; and the Buyer/ Designed Receiver having signed for receipt, and all products are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Special Delivery Slots – CBD Area

The last delivery ends at 4.30pm.

 

Waiting Time

Please be present at the specified location during your selected time slot. A final call to your contact number will be made immediately if no one is present to receive the parcel at the designated venue. Should there be no one to receive the package, a delivery charge of S$20 will apply for the second delivery.

 

Pick Up Point

For delivery to parks and resorts, the customer has to pick up the foods at the nearest carpark. For other locations, such as home or office, delivery will be made to the doorsteps.
